大家我，我是一个新人，我买了一台YES的MP4播放器，型号为：YHD—8G WITH JOG DIAL，现在出问题了，开不了机，屏幕显示要进行固件升级，要到他们公司的网址，可是他们公司的网址打不开，地址是 [url]www.iloveyes.net[/url],如果那位大哥有办法，请一定定帮帮我，我太急了，谢谢你们
这个mp4是在香港买的，找经销商不大可能了，有一张光盘，但是上面有三个工具，一：格式转换， 二，制作标签 三，合成歌词的，还有两个文件，内容为：[autorun]

Resolve YES MP3 player YHD-8G firmware upgrade problem
1.) Connect to PC with YES MP3 player, then yr windows system will automatically detect and find a new device drive about the MP3 player "e.g. E:\"
2.) Right-Click and select Format the MP3 drive "e.g. E:\ "
3.) Going to this website [url]http://www.iloveyes.net/download.php[/url] to download a firmware file named "YHD8G Firmware" e.g. C:\New Folder\200706211236101.zip
4.) Then right-click on yr mouse, selecting extract here. A unzipped file is created named "YHD-8G.UPG" ( e.g. C:\New Folder\YHD-8G.UPG )
5.) Highlight this file "YHD-8G.UPG". Right-click on yr mouse and select copy....... then paste it to the MP3 formatted drive "e.g. E:\"
6.) then unplug the USB cable from yr PC.
7.) Turn ON yr MP3 device, then it will automatically upgrade firmware and reload all new folders on the MP3 player.
